Isn't nature amazing?What is this bug? They are all over Nashville, TN this time of year, but I can't say I've ever seen them in the Atlanta area. I was stopped in my tracks by his super brilliant colors, all in a tiny body that measures less than an inch. Pretty cool for science geeks like me. I would love to hear your thoughts if you've seen them before. For all I know, they may be a garden menace, but they sure are funkadelic...like the fireworks we will all be watching tonight. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!
