DIY with Anthropologie holiday workshops: just one more reason to love the season.

At a breezy average of 73 degrees, Atlanta is a pretty rad place to be in the fall. Not to mention the pumpkin baked goodies, multi-colored leaves, excuses to wear party dresses with patterned tights, scarves, boots, candles, Santa, soul food, the birth of Christ...the list of autumnal awesomeness goes on and on. Like many people, I love to pop in to my nearby Anthropologie store or browse one of their catalogs for seasonal inspiration. Hosting a party or just dressing for one takes on a new life there and the store design teams are some of the best. Did you know that they do holiday workshops? Free holiday workshops? You can use their website tool HERE to search for workshops dates local to you this season. These images were shot at an Anthropologie holiday workshop that I photographed last year; the project they worked on was so cool and so easy. The participants received a sweet glittery and ribboned ornament, noshed on mini cupcakes and muffins, and took home a pattern to make their project again at home. These same projects were hung and displayed in the store as part of their fabulous holiday floor sets. Love it, Love it! xo
